Vision Announces Maureen McGuire Interiors

Friday, August 15th, 2008

With an afternoon email yesterday, we were ready to make Maureen McGuire Interiors site live and ready to go. We were waiting for word on an award status - which she found out she won late Thursday afternoon! Way to go Maureen!

When we first started working with Maureen, she wanted a simple site that she could use to showMaureen McGuire Interiorscase her work for current and prospective local clients. Her business is mainly referral, and she was looking for something to use as a portfolio, and to help her reach out to people that search online for a designer in the Denver area.

We created a dynamic showcase for her that allowed her to take her photographs, and turn it into a gallery. It adds action to her home page, and engages people to want to stay and look through her portfolio. We also incorporated before and after photos, allowing clients and prospects to really see what she can accomplish.

We also designed a Flash presentation for her design page to show people how she moves from concept to completion. Again, our goal was keeping pages simple, yet incorporating sophisticated design elements to make her site  reach out and grab attention.

Thanks for being a part of our Vision Family Maureen!

Vision Announces The Gift Of Questions

Thursday, August 14th, 2008

We’re excited to be releasing the newest site, The Gift Of Questions, in a series of sites for entrepreneur Barbe Ratcliffe.

In one of our monthly strategy sessions, we began talking about Barbe’s the gift of questionsupcoming book release entitled, “The Gift Of Questions”. As she’s finishing up her book, she was also looking for some input from other people, including clients and friends.

“What if we put up a site that allows people to give you their answers?” And her newest website was born.

The site is a simple, one page site with a built-in database that allows people to answer two questions, and fill in their contact information to receive two free chapters of her book.

We also worked to fill in back end pieces, such as autoresponders and thank you pages, to make sure the entire submission process runs smooth.

And when the book is complete and ready for sale, we’ll convert the whole thing over to her book site, ready to sell.

Way to go Barbe - we’re excited to have you on board and a part of our Vision family.

Vision Launches Quality 1st Plumbing

Tuesday, July 29th, 2008

Even with many years of experience behind you, starting your own venture can be a little challenging.

Yet working with Howie with Quality 1st Plumbing Repair was easy - and a lot of fun. He knew what he wanted in a site, and coordinated it all with other forms of marketing already in production (like van wraps, etc).

Quality 1st Plumbing Repair

Our goal was to develop a dynamic site that was clean, fun, and offers the team a variety of ways to market their business. We worked with colors, graphics and images to make the text stand out. And provided them with an easy way to convert customers from searchers on the web with a special coupon page prominently located within their navigation.

It’s not all about putting up a brochure - it’s about making your site workable for you and your clients.

Thanks Howie - we appreciate you - here’s to your success!

Vision Releases Straight Up Chess

Friday, July 25th, 2008

Remember when you were a kid and had a ton of time to sit down and play a game of chess? As the years roll by, it’s hard to fit the time into your busy schedule. So even though you love it, you just never have the time to play.

That idea spawned a new business for Steve with Straight Up Chess. In January he hung his first prototype on the wall, and was playing 1 or 2 games per week with other co-workers. And the business was born.

StraightUpChess.com was designed to give chess players a new option for playing chess. Part artwork/part chess board, StraightUpChess.com allows people to view the detailed boards, learn more about this unique concept, and finalize their purchase in an integrated shopping cart.

We had a lot of fun making Steve’s business idea become a reality, all in time for his first showing at the Denver 2008 Parade of Homes, which starts today.

Best of luck Steve! We’re honored to add you to our growing client list.

Vision Launches BMJFineArts.com

Monday, July 14th, 2008

Sometimes business ideas change and move in a whole new direction.

When we first started working with Mark, he was in the sign business. But gradually he saw his business model changing, and decided to make the change to reach out to his true calling.

BMJFineArts

BMJFineArts.com is a new site that answers Mark’s needs. His goal was to get a new site up that allowed his clients to have access to a backend system to view images, make final selections, and finalize purchases.

Together we strategized about what would work best for his business. Our goal is to always listen to exactly what the client wants, and find the best solution possible. In some cases fully customized options are required; and in other cases we can find existing solutions that fit the needs with minor adjustment. Such was the case for BMJFineArts.com We worked to find image galleries and a shopping cart system that would provide him with a top quality look and feel at the best price possible.

Thanks for joining our client list Mark - To Your Success!

Vision Announces new Release of Cara Bella Studio

Monday, June 2nd, 2008

One of our long term clients is expanding her business, and had us update her website to show her new product line. We had originally done the design for her business a couple of years ago, and though she still loves the simplicity of it, she needed to update it with her new product lines.

One of the great things about having a website is you can create it, leave it working for you, and add and make changes when appropriate.

In Regina’s case, we added an entire new section for her newest product launch, teeth whitening. We worked with her navigation to make it fit her current products and services, and added new pages where appropriate. We also work to make sure we have photographs that complement your website, and give people a reason to continue reading.

We’re happy to be working with Cara Bella Studio, and wish you the greatest success with your new product launch.

Giving Cosmetic Surgery A New Look

Friday, May 16th, 2008

We’ve been working with Park Meadows Cosmetic Surgery for many months now with their online marketing. But after several years of working with the same look to their website, it was finally time for a change.

Sticking with the same colors from their old site, our goal was to give them a fresh, new look. Something that captures attention, makes it easier to navigate to exactly what you’re looking for, and add some “wow” to an already impressive Internet presence.

In the header, we created a flash presentation to showcase their style - their experience. We also incorporated an accordion presentation into the top half of their site, allowing people to quickly choose where they want to go and what they want to learn more about. Their signup box for their ezine also remains above the fold to allow easy access for people to signup for more information.

Because Park Meadows Cosmetic Surgery has so much information on their site, the goal was to make the most important pieces easy to access. The information below the fold sections off the information in pieces. You can move quickly and learn more about the doctors, go to a map and see videos and photos of their facility, and have easy to find buttons for their top performed surgical procedures.

We’re excited to have you on board and look forward to helping your business grow well into the future.
