In today’s economic times, a ton of businesses are reevaluating their marketing plans. What’s worked in the past may not be working now. And with some of your old techniques, it may be time to revamp and put them to work in a whole new way.
When Jeff with Accurate Accounting and Tax Service came to us, he wanted to update his old, existing site with a fresh new look. One that would get more traction online under his key terms. And one that allowed him to reach out to new clients within his target market of Colorado.
We started with a simple website design to announce his services. We purposely kept it simple and clean, and focused on what he can do for his clients.
Then we also incorporated a blog into his site to give him the freedom of adding content on a frequent basis.
Finally, we provided him with a Do It Yourself Online Marketing Plan, to help him jumpstart his online marketing strategy. With these new tools, we’re sure Jeff will be making online waves in no time.
Welcome to the Vision family!

In today’s world, every business needs a web presence. And in the world of advertising, having a clean, modern look and feel is critical.
When Bill with Gibson Advertising came to us, he wanted a simple site to showcase his business. With a heavy concentration into green businesses, his goal was to showcase his existing clients, and show how he works with clients through an interactive video.
We kept the site simple, with a fresh design to mirror his other marketing collateral.
We placed the emphasis on his video by showcasing that on his home page.
And we created an easy way to add future images of client work with an interactive gallery section.
Thanks Bill for being a part of the Vision family!
When A Web Designer Needs New Shoes

Have you ever heard the saying, “a shoemaker’s children have no shoes?”
Well in the case of a web designer and an online marketing strategist, its not only important to have an effective web presence, but also keep it updated on a regular basis.
So as of this week, we converted the old Vision Of Success website, into a new, upgraded site, using WordPress as our platform.
The key behind Vision Of Success has always been to be a community that offers you tools and resources. I’ve always provided dozens of pages of information, and a variety of resources to help you make marketing your small business easier.
So for me, using a blogging platform was the right step.
Take a look and let me know what you think.
This is my starting point. I will be adding a video and several other resource boxes to the left navigation side of the site. But for now, it’s released and is my new starting point.
I would appreciate your comments below. I’ll take them into consideration as I change and grow in the coming weeks. Thanks!

What do you do when you run a homeowners association and want to make it easy for home owners to access information?
Create a dynamic web presence.
Castle Pines Village had a variety of information and resources it wanted to make available to its home owners. And the most logical way to do that was through a website.
“Make it simple, user friendly, and filled with everything a homeowner needs” was our mission.
Using their colors, their logo, and their ideas, we created a site that’s easy to navigate, and easy to control offering things like:
- Ability for residents to view information about their community
- Get updates on happenings within the community
- Create groups for different parts of the community, such as schools, golf club, etc
- Installed a calendar system to make current events easy to upload, and easy to share.
- A backend password protected area to allow residents to communicate without being shared with the world.
- A backend password protected area to allow board members and property managers the ability to add information easily.
It’s important for groups and associations to have their needs listened to, and to provide them with the tools necessary to accomplish their goals. We’re happy to provide them with a site that meets their needs, and will help them grow and communicate as a community for a long time into the future.
Welcome Castle Pines Village – we’re happy to have you as one of our Vision clients!

Changing your name is a lot of work.
We’ve worked with with Jonnelle with Seniors Etc for many months now, and have seen her grow and change from the time she originally purchased Seniors Etc. With the growing and changing industry of in home senior care, Jonnelle decided it was time for a new name and a new look.
Enter Adeste In Home Care. Working with her graphic designer, we helped transform her new logo, her new colors, and her new ideas into a dynamic web presence. Because we’ve been blogging for her for many months under her old name, we also incorporated a blog into the new Adeste web presence as well.
Our goal for the future is two fold.
1. To gain traffic to her site, and grow her expertise by gaining visibility in the search engines.
2. To grow Jonnelle’s expertise in the ever-growing in home care industry.
The growth of in home care in Colorado, and throughout the country will continue to rise over the coming years as baby boomers continue to age. The Adeste In Home Care website and blog will be built as a resource for caregivers struggling with the issues of aging parents, and with resources to help make transitions easier.
Thanks Jonnelle – we’re excited to be a part of your team!
Vision introduces new site for Frontier Cabins

What’s the difference between a simple homemade site, and one professionally designed? Looks and traffic.
Your site is your image to the world. When people enter your site, they make a decision in under 10 seconds whether to stay on the site, or move on. Frontier Cabins approached us after living with a homemade website for a number of years.
They were ready for a clean updated look, and a more professional appearance.
Their new website focuses on their cabins through photographs and a virtual tour, and gives potential visitors more information on what to do in the Wall, South Dakota area. We focused on providing a site with quality information, and a visually stimulating look and feel.
We also incorporated a backend management system that gives Joan the ability to change out certain information fields – like the specials located on the home page. The more you have control over, the easier it is to run your business.
Thanks Joan and Frontier Cabins for becoming a part of the Vision family!
Vision Launches Organized By Day

When you start a website design, you start with several things.
1. First, you take a look at a clients existing marketing. What do their brochures look like? Do they have a logo? What look are they trying to achieve?
2. Second, you talk to them about strategy. What do they hope to accomplish with their website?
Small businesses have
different goals than larger businesses. In many cases they simply are in need of a site that captures the attention of potential clients, and explains their services in just a few pages.
Our goal with Day Marie of Organized By Day was to get her online, and showcase her services and her professionalism. With a dynamic logo and corporate colors already in place, we set out to create her website. We kept a clean design – with an organizer you can’t have anything but clean design! And we used photos from her own portfolio to showcase the work she’s accomplished.
Thanks Day Marie for becoming a part of our Vision Client Family.

We’re thrilled to be taking on an exciting new project that will allow us to use our Internet marketing skills and strategies to
create a buzz for Sprawling From Grace. Sprawling From Grace is a documentary created by David M Edwards of EMotion Pictures Productions; one that will open your eyes to the real issues we face today and into the future with suburban sprawl.
Our goal with Sprawling From Grace will be to launch its online sales strategy, and to open up the marketplace using social media and social networking as our primary tool. David and Nancy have set the stage with a number of showings around the country – most recently at the Democratic National Convention. We will help them continue that buzz in the online world, and provide both consulting and online production work to help build online communities that will both promote and purchase the film.
We’re so excited to be able to take on fun and inspiring projects like this one – thanks David and Nancy for joining the Vision Client Family!
Vision Announces Maureen McGuire Interiors

With an afternoon email yesterday, we were ready to make Maureen McGuire Interiors site live and ready to go. We were waiting for word on an award status – which she found out she won late Thursday afternoon! Way to go Maureen!
When we first started working with Maureen, she wanted a simple site that she could use to showcase her work for current and prospective local clients. Her business is mainly referral, and she was looking for something to use as a portfolio, and to help her reach out to people that search online for a designer in the Denver area.
We created a dynamic showcase for her that allowed her to take her photographs, and turn it into a gallery. It adds action to her home page, and engages people to want to stay and look through her portfolio. We also incorporated before and after photos, allowing clients and prospects to really see what she can accomplish.
We also designed a Flash presentation for her design page to show people how she moves from concept to completion. Again, our goal was keeping pages simple, yet incorporating sophisticated design elements to make her site reach out and grab attention.
Thanks for being a part of our Vision Family Maureen!
Vision Announces The Gift Of Questions

We’re excited to be releasing the newest site, The Gift Of Questions, in a series of sites for entrepreneur Barbe Ratcliffe.
In one of our monthly strategy sessions, we began talking about Barbe’s upcoming book release entitled, “The Gift Of Questions”. As she’s finishing up her book, she was also looking for some input from other people, including clients and friends.
“What if we put up a site that allows people to give you their answers?” And her newest website was born.
The site is a simple, one page site with a built-in database that allows people to answer two questions, and fill in their contact information to receive two free chapters of her book.
We also worked to fill in back end pieces, such as autoresponders and thank you pages, to make sure the entire submission process runs smooth.
And when the book is complete and ready for sale, we’ll convert the whole thing over to her book site, ready to sell.
Way to go Barbe – we’re excited to have you on board and a part of our Vision family.
