This two day Vision Strategy Retreat will help you set the course for your future. Whether we meet at our company headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or meet at a location convenient for you and your staff, we’ll walk you through a step by step process to envision how your future company will look with certain key marketing strategies in place.
The first day of the retreat is a day of discovery. We’ll start by looking at how you’ve done business in the past, where you stand as of today, and what you envision your business to look like in the future. We’ll create special Vision templates that help monitor our progress along the way, and help put business goals and objectives into light. We’ll discover key strategies that will help you lay down the foundations to future growth, and begin establishing step-by-step plans to bring back to the office and begin implementing.
The second day of the retreat is a day of planning. We’ll build concrete plans and systems that will help you build once you leave the retreat. Our goal is to make sure you leave with a clear set of goals, lists of to-dos and milestones, and an easy to use system that will have you and your staff ready and eager to put everything into place.
From there, you can choose to have your staff continue with implementation. Or choose one of our services to help you stay on track.

Travel costs to and from the retreat location (flight, hotel, transportation) are your responsibility. We will provide the location, light breakfasts and lunches during the two day retreat.

With this option, you would be responsible for flight and hotel costs for two people. We can work using your office as our strategy location, or if needed, we will find a facility in your area to meet our needs.
